Mrs. Taverna's second grade class at Pocantico Hills School in Sleepy Hollow, New York learned
about Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad then developed a WWW site to share
with other children. The result is an online masterpiece with illustrations, a timeline, character
sketches, poems, a map of Harriet's route to freedom, ideas and classroom activities, and much more.
Rating: Masterfully illustrates curriculum integration with technology.
