The Door in the Wall and Middle Ages WebQuest

The Door in the Wall and Middle Ages WebQuest is a social studies and language arts research activity for middle schoolers who have read the Newbery novel by Marguerite Lofft deAngeli.

The WebQuest consists of activities, vocabulary work, research links, and role-playing. Students have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively. Although the WebQuest currently lacks a rubric, a self-evaluation activity is included. Extension activities and notes to the teacher round out the WebQuest.

Rating: An engaging and fun WebQuest on the novel and the Middle Ages.
