Live from WorldVillage, it's the Mayor-Cam. This picture is taken from the Mayor's headquarters at WorldVillage, high atop the Internet Hotel. Every now and then you will find odd things happening at WorldVillage. The Mayor-Cam is not operational while the Mayor sleeps. After all, it's dark and there is nothing to see!
